THE OVERVIEW //

In 2004 Rocky Mountain Bicycles resurrected its road bike program with a family of new racing bikes that were engineered and produced entirely in the Rocky Mountain factory in Vancouver. The entire focus of the line was to engineer the best possible road bikes with the latest technologies.

THE BRIEF //

ADesign a catalogue that can launch our re-invented
road line up. The focus should be more on the bikes and their inherent qualities than on the Rocky name.

THE SOLUTION //

The over-riding concept for the program was to focus on the interface between the rider and the bike, and the bike and the road. The bike designs, the bike graphics, and all elements of the catalogue – copywriting, photography, and layout, all worked to further communicate the unique relationship between rider and machine.
