David Lance Goines
When I was 9 years old my Dad brought home a poster our neighbor had given him and proceeded to use thumbtacks to put it on the wall of our den – right next to the Olympic poster of Jean-Claude Killy.
Sasha Rogers
Sasha Rogers work is a beautiful combination of simple composition, beautiful colour combination’s and layers of upon layers of texture. Having grown up on the prairies it is not hard to see her influences and inspiration. Her work is fantastic and well worth the trip down to the Jennifer Kostuik at 1070 Homer Street.
Mathew Porter = Flying Cars
Mathew Porter is a New York based photographer who has captured the vision of many young boys who spent their childhood making hotwheels do the impossible. His series on muscle cars driving through the streets of San Franciso is fantastic. All of his work seems focused on simple composition with acute attention to lighting details.
