In May of 2009 at TED, Forrest North & Yves Behar unveiled their design for the Mission One motorcycle – the worlds fastest electric motorcycle. With a top speed of 150mph and and range of 150 miles – fully charged in 2.5 hours off of a 220V outlet (8 hours off of a 110V). The amazing thing about electric motors is that you always have maximum torque.
